Een project goedkeuren (À COMPLÉTER)

This part of the guide explains how to approve an exonerated and suspended project.

Once the project has been approved, SIGTAS adds the Approval Name and Approval Date in the Approval section.

Stap 1 - Ga naar de pagina Vrijgestelde of geschorste projecten

1. Ga naar de module Aanslag;
2. Open de optie Projecten;
3. Klik op het menu Vrijgestelde of geschorste projecten. Via deze actie wordt de pagina Vrijgestelde of geschorste projecten (502:6001) geopend;

Stap 2 – Een vrijgesteld of geschorst project goedkeuren

4. Find the project you want to approve;

5. Klik op het gevraagde Projectnr. Via deze actie wordt de pagina Vrijgestelde of geschorste projecten (502:6002) geopend;

6. Klik op de toets Goedkeuren. Met deze actie wordt het pop-upvenster Bevestiging geopend;
7. Klik op de toets Ja om de opdracht te bevestigen. SIGTAS bevestigt de goedkeuring, geeft de gegevens van de goedkeuring weer in de sectie Goedkeuring en verandert de status naar Goedgekeurd.
