Add an aspect to a proprety plan and survey

This part of guide explains how to add an aspect to a property plan and survey.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Plans and Surveys

1. Go to the Property Tax module;
2. Choose the Plans and Surveys menu. This action opens the List of Plans and Surveys page (506:5100);

Step 2 - Add a descriptive sheet to a property plan and survey

3. Find the plan and survey for which you want to add a descriptive sheet to;
4. Click the hyperlink of the plan and survey No. subject of the request. This action opens the Plan and Survey page (506:5000);
5. Go to the Surrounding report section;
6. Click the Create button. This action opens the Aspects popup window;
7. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Sub-Class, Name, etc.;
8. Click the Save button. This action adds the aspect to the plan and survey and updates the Plan and Survey page (506:5000).
