Een verklaring afdrukken (À COMPLÉTER)
This part of the guide explains how to print a certificate.
Printing a certificate from this page is only possible when the certificate displays the following status: Bypass, Rejected, Success or the Active status from the List of Certificates page (501:3003).
The following example explains how to print a certificate with the status Success. The same procedure applies for the Bypass and Bypass Rejected status.
Stap 1 - Ga naar de pagina Verklaringenlijst
- Ga naar de module Registratie;
- Klik op de optie Verklaring;
- Kies het menu Verklaringen. Via deze actie wordt de pagina Verklaringenlijst geopend (501:3001);
Stap 2 - Een verklaring afdrukken
- Go to the column Status;
- Choose the Success option. This action displays all certificates with this status;
- Find the certificate you wish to print;
- Klik op de lijn die overeenstemt met het af te drukken Verklaringsnr (de lijn wordt grijs en de status wordt "Actief") ;
- Klik op de toets Afdrukken. Klik op Ja op het bevestigingsvenster, met deze actie wordt de verklaring in pdf afgedrukt.
When the certificate has already been printed (status displays Printed or Printed After Bypass), a confirmation box appears indicating that the certificate has already been printed. Click the OK button to print the duplicate of the certificate.
