Create a public contract

This part of the guide explains how to create a public contract.

Step 1 - Go to the page Markets and Public Contracts

1. Go to the Contract Management module;
2. Choose the Markets and Public Contracts menu. This action opens the Markets and public contracts (603:5000) page;

Step 2 - Create a public contract

3. Click the Create button. This action opens the Capture markets and public contracts (603:5001) page;
4. Go to the Taxpayer Information section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example Contract No, Type of Contract, etc.;
6. Go to the Exemption Description section;
7. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Agreed Amount, etc.;
8. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the public contract and updates the Capture markets and public contracts (603:5001) page.
