Create a payment in kind contract

This part of the guide explains how to create a payment in kind contract.

Step 1 - Go to the page Payment in Kind Contracts

1. Go to the Contract Management module;
2. Choose the Payment in King¸d Contracts menu. This action opens the Payment in Kind Contracts (603:4000) page;

Step 2 - Create a payment in kind contract

3. Click the Create button. This action opens the Capture Payment in Kind Contract (603:4100) page;
4. Go to the Contract Information section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Contract No, TIN, etc.;
6. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the payment in kind contract and updates the Payment in Kind Contracts (603:4000) page.
