Alle belastingaccounts van een belastingplichtige inactiveren (À COMPLÉTER)

This part of the guide explains how to deactivate a taxpayers' tax accounts.

SIGTAS allows the user to close a tax account or deactivate all the taxpayer's tax accounts in one simple operation. Once the deactivation is confirmed, SIGTAS displays the inactivity period request in the right column.

Stap 1 - Ga naar de pagina Lijst met belastingaccounts

1. Ga naar de module Belastingaccount;
2. Klik op de optie Belastingaccounts. Via deze actie wordt de pagina Lijst met belastingaccounts (503:2000) geopend;

Stap 2 – Alle belastingaccounts van een belastingplichtige inactiveren

3. Ga naar de sectie Criteria;
4. De verplichte velden invullen (worden met een rood sterretje *aangeduid). Bijvoorbeeld Registratiedatum vanaf;
5. Klik op de toets Zoek. Deze actie werkt de pagina bij en toont de lijst van de gevraagde belastingaccounts;
6. Search for the tax account to be displayed;

7. Ga naar het onderste gedeelte en klik op de hyperlink van het gevraagde Nr van belastingaccount. Via deze actie wordt de pagina Belastingaccount (503:2001) geopend;

8. Klik op Belastingaccounts van belastingplichtige. Deze actie opent de pagina Belastingplichtige (503:2002) ;

9. Check the tax account to be closed;
10. Click the Close Tax Account button. This action opens the pop-up window Close Tax Account;
11. De verplichte velden invullen (worden met een rood sterretje *aangeduid.) For example, Close Date, etc.;
12. Click the Yes button. This action confirms the deactivation, changes the status to Closed and updates the Taxpayer page (503:2002).

Step 3 - Deactivate all the taxpayer's tax accounts

13. Check all the tax accounts to be deactivated;

14. Klik op Alles inactiveren. Deze actie opent het pop-upvenster Inactiviteitsdossier;

15. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). Bijvoorbeeld Inactiviteitstype;
16. Klik op Opslaan. Deze actie opent de pagina Belastingplichtige (503:2002) ;

17. Klik op Goedkeuren. Deze actie werkt de pagina Belastingplichtige (503:2002) bij en verandert de status van de belastingaccounts van de belastingplichtige ;

18. Klik op de hyperlink van Aanvragen van inactieve periode.
