This guide is intended primarily for the administrator of SIGTAS. It details the procedures and functionalities needed to manage users, configuration rules and lists of values. It explains how to create users, assign them a role and permission, to load data and use dictionary and fill in the configuration tables (lists of values) and validation rules. For example, the administrator of SIGTAS can list registration localities, itemize tax types or define tax périods.

This guide is divided into several large sections. The About SIGTAS section deals with general information, including login and logout procedures, navigation, menu organization, and more. The User Management section explains how to create users, assign roles, and permission. The Operations section covers, among other things, the management of forms, tax functions and withholding parameters. The Rules/Configuration section allows the SIGTAS administrator to translate expressions into local languages, defines the conditions and options for executing an operation (action). The Base Tables section explains how to manage the lists of values available in the different tables, such as add a penalty type, a tax type. The Cross References section links the data configured in the Administration module and the SIGTAS pages.
