Create carry-forward rules

This part of the guide explains how to create a carry-forward rule.

Step 1 - Go to the List of Carry-Forward Rules

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;
3. Select the Loss option;
4. Click the menu Carry-Forward Rules menu. This action opens the List of Carry-Forward Rules page (509:16200);

Step 2 - Create a carry-forward rule

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Carry-Forward Rule popup window;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Tax Type, Carry Forward Type, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the carry-forward rule and updates the List of Carry-Forward Rules page (509:16200).
