Link request types to document type
Link request types to document type
This part of the guide explains how to link a request type to a document type.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Document Types/Request Type
Go to the
Administration
module;
Choose the
Base Tables
option;
Select the
Taxpayer Info
option;
Click the
Document Types/Request Type
menu. This action opens the
List of Document Types/Request Type
page (509:15320);
Step 2 - Link a request type to a document type
Click the
Create
button. This action opens the
Link request Type to Document Type
popup window;
Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star
*
). For example,
Request Type
,
Document Type
, etc.;
Click the
Save
button. This action links the request type to the document type and updates the
List of Document Types/Request Type
page (509:15320).
