Print installment notices in batch

This part of the guide explains how to print installment notices in batch.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Jobs - Installment Notices

1. Go to the Assessment module;
2. Choose the Documents in Batch option;
3. Click on the Installments menu. This action opens the List of Jobs - Installment Notices page (502:7003);

Step 2 - Print installment notices in batch

4. Go to the Search Criteria section;
5. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Submitted From;
6. Click the Refresh button. This action refreshes the page and displays the list of jobs in the lower section;
7. Find the Job No. you want to print;
8. Click on the line of the Job No. subject of the request;
9. Click the Print button. This action opens the Installment in Batch page (502:7004);
10. Click the Print button. This action opens the Confirmation window;
11. Click the Yes button. This action prints the installment notices in PDF format.
