Print letters and reminders
This part of the guide explains how to print letters and reminders.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Audit Cases
Go to the
Audit
module;
Choose the
Audit Case
option;
Click the
Audit Cases
menu. This action opens the
List of Audit Cases
page (505:2004);
Step 2 - Print letters/reminders
Find the audit case for which you want to print letters/reminders;
Click the
Audit Case No.
subject of the request. This action opens the
Audit Case
page (505:1004);
Click the
Print Lettters/Reminders
button. This action opens the
Letters and Reminders Taxpayer
page (511:2002) of the
Letters & Reminders
module;
Go to the
General Information
section;
Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk
*
). For example,
Lettter Type
,
TIN
, etc.;
Click the
Print
button. This action opens the pop-up window
Letters and Reminders Taxpayer - Confirmation
;
Complete the
Send to
field;
Click the
Print
button. This action prints the letter/reminder in PDF format.
