This part ot the guide explains how to create an audit plan and add details to it.
Once the creation of the audit plan has been confirmed, SIGTAS assigns a unique audit plan number.
Step 1 - Go to the page List of Audit Plans
Go to the Audit module;
Choose the Audit Planning option;
Click on the Audit Plans menu. This action opens the List of Audit Plans page (505:2002);
Step 2 - Create an audit plan
Click the Create button. This action opens the Audit Plan page (505:1001);
Go to the Audit Plan section;
Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk *). For example, Audit Plan Type, Plan Period (Year), etc.;
Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the audit plan, assigns an audit plan number and displays the section enabling to enter details;
Step 3 - Add the details to the audit plan
Go to the Audit Plan Detail section;
Click the button Create. This action opens the pop-up window Audit Plan Detail;
Enter the Audit Type;
Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of the details and updates the Audit Plan (505:1001) and the List of Audit Plans (505:2002) pages.
