Create a property
This part of a guide explains how to create a new property.
A property must belong to the same person (individual or enterprise) and be located at the same physical address. A parcel of land occupied by a building is a property. Similarly, the parcel of land non-occupied by a building, is also considered a property. A property can only have one principal owner and the sum of the shares held by the owners (principal and secondary) must be 100%. For example, the principal owner may hold 60% of the shares in the property, while the secondary owner has only 40%. After the creation of the new property is confirmed, SIGTAS assigns it a unique number and adds a creation history.
