Reject a transaction
This part of the guide explains how to reject a transaction.
The rejection of a transaction, whether it be manual or transfer, is only possible when its status displays Pending Final Approval. Once the transaction has been rejected, its status changes to Rejected.
The following example demonstrates how to reject a manual transaction with a Pending Final Approval status. This procedure is standardized and applies also to the transfer transactions.
Step 1 - Go to page List of Manual and Transfer Transactions
- Go to the Tax Account module;
- Click on the Manual and Transfer Transactions menu. This action opens the List of Manual and Transfer Transactions page (503:2010);
Step 2 - Reject a transaction
- Using the radio buttons, select the Manual Transaction option. This action updates the page and displays manual transactions;
- Go to the column Transaction status;
- Select the Pending Final Approval option. This action displays all manual transactions with said status;
- Search for the manual transaction you wish to reject;
- Check the Transaction No. box subject of the request;
- Click the Reject button. This action opens a confirmation window;
- Add a Comment;
- Click the Save button. This action confirms the rejection of the manual transaction, changes the status to Rejected and updates the List of Manual and Transfer Transactions page (503:2010).
