Add fiscal information to a non-individual taxpayer

This part of the guide explains how to add fiscal information to an individual taxpayer.

The type of enterprise displayed in the Entreprise Type column is configured by the tax administration. Therefore, providing the non-individual taxpayer's TIN is unknown and required for the users' query, they will have to use the Enterprise Type column to find the type of entreprise they are looking for.

The following example demonstrates how to add fiscal information to a Corporate type of non-individual taxpayer. This procedure is standardized and applies also all the other types of non-individual taxpayers as determined by the tax administration.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Taxpayers

1. Go to the Tax Roll module;
2. Choose the Taxpayers menu. This action opens the List of Taxpayers page (501:9000);

Step 2 - Choose the taxpayer

3. Go to the Criteria section;
4. Choose the Enterprise option;
5. Go to the Entreprise Type column;
6. Choose the option of your choice;
7. Find the enterprise you want to add fiscal information to;
8. Click on the TIN of the non-individual subject of the request. This action opens the Non-Individual page (501:2012);

Step 3 - Add fiscal information to a non-individual

9. Click on the Fiscal Information button. This action opens the Fiscal Information page (501:2006);
10. Complete the sections Risk Factors and Classification, as applicable;
11. Go to the Fiscal Year section;
12. Click the Create button. This action opens the pop-up window Fiscal Year;
13. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk*). For example, Day-Month From, Day-Month To, etc.;
14. Click the Save button. This action confirms the addition of fiscal information and updates the Fiscal Information page (501:2006);

Step 4 - Link an officer to the fiscal information

15. Go to the Officers section;
16. Click the Create button. This action opens the popup window Officer;
17. Fill out the required fields (identified by a red asterisk*). For example, Officer Name, etc.;
18. Click the Save button. This action confirms the creation of the officer and updates the Fiscal Information page (501:2006).
