Link an exemption code to a tax type

This part of the guide explains how to link an exemption code to a tax type.

Step 1 - Go to the page List of Exemption Codes/Tax Type

1. Go to the Administration module;
2. Choose the Base Tables option;

3. Select the Tax info option;
4. Click the Exemption Codes/Tax Type menu. This action opens the List of Exemption Codes/Tax Type(509:15620);

Step 2 - Link an exemption code to a tax type

5. Click the Create button. This action opens the Tax Type Exemption Code popup windo0w;
6. Fill out the required fields (identified with a red star *). For example, Tax Type, Code, etc.;
7. Click the Save button. This action links the exemption code to the tax type and updates the List of Exemption Codes/Tax Type(509:15620).
